“All Scotland’s Parking Tickets are illegal”

claims parking ticket expert Barrie Segal

Barrie Segal, The UK’s leading parking ticket expert has declared that “All Scotland’s Parking Tickets are illegal”

Barrie, the founder of AppealNow.com™, the campaigning website says, “I have examined the parking tickets issued by the 5 local authorities in Scotland and every one of them is illegal. Each has at least one mistake where they do not comply with the Road Traffic Act 1991.”

The councils who parking tickets are in dispute are, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee,, Perth & Kinross Council and Aberdeen.

Barrie says “It is astonishing to find that a whole county’s parking tickets are illegal. If anyone receives a parking ticket in Scotland they should lodge an appeal immediately.”

Barrie has represented various motorists at the London Parking Adjudicator and has been successful in getting three councils’ parking tickets declared invalid and unenforceable. One council, Barnet, has applied to the High Court for a judicial review of the decision.
